This guitar has a 12-fret-per-octave fretting including harmonics 8-16, a full 5-Limit major scale, and a 7-Limit Pentatonic/Blues.  The tuning of BEBEBE (also used by Nick Drake) or CFCFCF gives this fretting an approachable pitch collection, great for beginners, for demonstrating the harmonic series (1-16!), and simple chords and scales.  The frets allow for multiple versions of some pitches located in different locations on the neck: 4/3 and 21/16, 27/16 and 5/3, 11/8 and 45/32.
